TDI Courses on the web
- IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator 6.1 Overview - the first part of the WBT series that is equivalent to the three day ILT. At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able to recognize the situations where IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator is an appropriate solution.
- IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator 6.1 Administration - the second part of the WBT series. At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able to use IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator to write information to data stores using entries and attributes from multiple sources of information. This is necessary, for example, to create a central employee directory for an enterprise. The students will also be able to administer more complex integration solutions, run AssemblyLines, and so on.
- IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator 6.1 Deployment - the third part of the WBT series. At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able to use IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator to calculate entry attributes. This is necessary, for example, to get the Distinguish Name (dn) attribute of a user from the user's name and organization. In addition, the student will be able to use branches and loops in AssemblyLines. For example, this would enable to student to use IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator to process LDAP groups. The student will also be able to create AssemblyLines that respond to user requests and environment events. For example, this allows for an IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator Web server that reports information to remote clients.
- IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator 6.1: Building Solutions - the fourth part of the WBT series. At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able to create and troubleshoot sophisticated IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator solutions, including solutions that run on multiple servers. This enables, for example, failover functionality.
